How to create

1 Emboss a 16x9cm piece of pink cardstock, swipe a pink inkpad across the surface to highlight the embossed areas, then repeat to create an embossed strip of green cardstock.

2 Matt both embossed panels onto the card front, die-cut a snowflake border from white cardstock, affix it to the green border and layer a narrow strip of gold mirror card across the join.

3 Stamp and heat-emboss the outline of the mistletoe onto white cardstock, use tones of green ink to build the additional layers as shown and cut it out.

4 Repeat Step 3 to create a selection of mistletoe toppers, dab the berries with PVA, add glitter and tap off the excess. Arrange the mistletoe toppers onto the top of the card front as shown.

5 Die-cut alpha letters from gold mirror card and plum cardstock, offset the die-cuts and build the sentiment onto the card front.

6 Stamp and heat-emboss the remaining parts of the sentiment onto plum cardstock, trim and secure the banners onto the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.

Next up, we’ve got a fabulous bonus idea from Jane Roy from our regular Take One Stamp feature. This issue we challenged Jane to use the marvelous mistletoe design, and she continues to amaze us with her designs and inspiration!
