Happy Friday, papercrafters! Here’s a bonus card from Simply Cards & Papercraft 127 from designer, Kim Dellow, who shows you how to create fabulous, textured cards using burlap.

Materials

kraft 10.5×14.8cm card blank

white cardstock

DCWV Burlap Mat Stack & Burlap Colors Mat Stack

Dandelion, Rose Bud & Morocco Memento Luxe inkpads

Waltzingmouse Stamps Funky Flowers clear stamp set

3D foam pads

 

Tools

Simply make

1 Cut a piece of white cardstock to fit the card front and round the right-hand corners.

2 Cut two strips of burlap and adhere them to the left-hand side of the panel of cardstock and trim the edges.

3 Attach the panel to the card using 3D foam pads, die-cut a tag and attach it to the card front.

4 Stamp and trim a small flower, attach it to the tag and finish with a printed sentiment.
