Kim Dellow’s easy step-by-step guide will have you creating marbled masterpieces in no time. Here’s a fun bonus project from the masterclass showing you how to add a stunning finishing touch to your envelopes!

Marbled envelopes

You will need

white envelopes

Wild Plum, Sail Boat Blue, Citrus & Sunshine Yellow Ranger Tim Holtz Adirondack alcohol ink

wooden skewer (for stirring)

tray of water

Simply make

1 Add drops of alcohol ink into a tray of water so they sit on the surface and stir them gently with the wooden skewer to create a pattern. Stir slowly to avoid creating air bubbles.

2 Open an envelope and dip the back of it onto the surface of the marbled water for the pattern to transfer onto it. Lift it from the water and allow it to dry.

3 Repeat the process for each envelope, changing the water and ink once the colour starts to fade.
