Die-cutting Essentials 17 goes on sale tomorrow
Issue 17 of Die-cutting Essentials hits the shelves on 10th November – and we’re loving the Stardust die and stamp set!
It might not be quite on sale yet, but we just couldn’t wait to show you the amazing gifts you get free with issue 17 of Die-cutting Essentials – the Stardust die and stamp set really is huge and so versatile!
Natalie Helyer and Amy Gray went to town to demonstrate just how versatile the covermount was, finding ways to create cards for birthdays, Christmas, wedding and more. Turn to pages 11 and 64 to find all the inspiration you need!

1 Layer the card blank with dark green cardstock, leaving a wide border.
2 Emboss a 12.5x17cm panel of green textured cardstock, sand the surface and mount it onto white cardstock, leaving a narrow border. Wrap ribbon around the bottom of the panel front and affix it to the card front.
3 Die-cut the sentiment and secure it to the card front, add pearls and embellish the ribbon border with a die-cut snowflake and a pearl to finish.

3D foam pads
1 Round the corners of a panel of red cardstock measuring 6.5×16.5cm, add a row of gems along the left-hand side as shown and affix it to the card blank.
2 Die-cut two white Happy tags, splice them together to create a tall tag and add a layer of patterned paper. Mount it onto green cardstock, leaving a narrow border, thread it with twine and secure it to the card front using 3D foam pads.
3 Die-cut the Joy tag from white and red cardstock, paper-piece the red hearts into the white die-cut and cover it with patterned paper.
4 Mount the tag onto green cardstock, leaving a narrow border, thread it with twine and secure it to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
