The lovely Claire has also created this extra design just for you!
white 12.5x17cm card blank
white & pink cardstock
Prima Marketing Crochet Doily die –
Lawn Fawn Big Scripty Words die
Rose Bud Memento inkpad
3D foam pads
manual die-cutting machine
Step by step
1 Add Rose Bud ink to the cutting edge of the doily die. Carefully place the cutting edge down where desired onto a 10×14.5cm piece of watercolour cardstock and run through the die-cutting machine using the base plate, embossing mat, cardstock, die and top plate.
2 Remove the die, layer the embossed panel onto a 10.5x15cm piece of pink cardstock and adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads.
3 Die-cut the sentiment from pink cardstock and attach to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
Attach low-tack tape to the reverse of the die before inking, this makes it easier to pick the piece up and place where desired without touching the ink
That’s all for issue 154, to see more marvellous makes and discover inspiring ideas using your free gift, mark your calendars for 14th December and visit www.moremags.com/pe154 to order your copy when it goes on sale.
I’d like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Be sure to send your makes from your Christmas crafting to firstname.lastname@example.org and I look forward to bringing you more fabulous creations from your favourite papercrafting brands and designers in 2018.
