You’ll need

free dies & stamp set
white A4 cardstock
kraft & Coral Pink Craft Perfect cardstock
white Ultra Smooth cardstock
twine
lace
blue buttons
Acorn Brown Nuvo Hybrid inkpad
Tattered Rose Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Tonic Studios Twisting Veranda Layering & Large Dainty Bow die sets
3D foam pads
glue gun
score board
Tonic Studios Craft Creaser

Step by step

1 To create the card blank, take your score board and Creaser and score a sheet of A4 cardstock at Gate A4 and Half A4, turn your card 90º and score Half A4 again. Trim your card along this line to give you a square fold-back card blank. Cut a 4cm strip from the waste and glue to the front fold-back panel, making sure the fold on the strip is to the back, which makes it opposite to the card folds.

2 Matt kraft cardstock and patterned paper onto the two front panels and the back panel, leaving narrow borders, then adhere the remaining portion of the extra strip to the back panel of the card.

3 Cut a 3cm strip of Coral Pink cardstock, add lace, twine and a button then attach to the front panel.

4 Die-cut two banner shapes from kraft cardstock, one from white, one from patterned paper and one from Coral Pink cardstock. Trim the white and Coral Pink shapes down and fix to the back panel.

5 Die-cut a ‘Happy Birthday’ strip into a banner shape and layer onto a kraft banner. Layer the patterned paper panel onto a kraft banner and fix both to the bottom panels as shown.

6 Die-cut a Twisted Veranda Layer from Ultra Smooth cardstock. Stamp the patterned hearts in a circle using Tattered Rose Distress Ink to look like a flower. Stamp them again on a separate piece of white Ultra Smooth cardstock and die-cut them. Ink all the edges with Acorn Brown ink, shape the hearts, overlap them and glue them in place on top of the stamped image using 3D foam pads. Attach this panel to the card front using 3D foam pads and finish the flower centre with a large button.
