The countdown is nearly over – just seven days until the new issue of Die-cutting Essentials magazine hits the shelves.

Issue 52 is out on Thursday May 23rd, and I hope you’re going to love it as much as I do.

Your gorgeous new dies – the Creative Corners 4-piece set – have something for everyone, with a tiled portion for men and a floral feminine side.

Get female inspiration from Sue Hughes…

And male cards come courtesy of Sandra Rayner.

With features from Crafter’s Companion, Joanna Sheen and and Sizzix, there’s so much to help you create some truly gorgeous projects.

And we’re delighted to be able to offer you this BONUS exclusive blog card – called Birthday – from Polkadoodles.

Polkadoodles Lovely Lace Rectangles, Delicate Daisy Corner & Daisy Cluster die sets

1 Cut two white Lovely Lace Rectangles and join at the top to create a tent-fold card blank. Using green backing paper from the Colour of Spring pack, die-cut the Delicate Daisy Corner and five sets of leaves from the Daisy Cluster.

2 Die-cut flowers from different papers from the Perfect Days pack and from white cardstock, then stamp the sentiment at the top of the card in black.

3 Add the Delicate Daisy Corner to the card front, then adhere flowers and leaves from the Daisy Cluster. Add Nuvo Dream Drops in the flower centres and across the card front as shown to finish.

Can’t wait to see how all you crafty die-cutters get on with this – and with the rest of the issue.

If you’re making a date in your diary, make sure it’s June 20th, when this gorgeous planner die set is coming to suit all of your journaling needs!

Until then, happy die-cutting!
