1 Log into your Design Space account, open the image library and search for the images to use, like ‘cupcakes’. Create text choosing your font, ungrouping to letters and moving the individual letters to overlap. Everything with a word or image must be welded together for it to cut as one continuous word or image with party foil.
2 Adjust the sizes of your items to ¾–3” depending on the image or word. Continue to ‘make it’ and adjust the copy amount to the desired quantity. Select all materials on the cut setting screen. Scroll down to ‘other’ and choose the party foil setting and select Cricut Party Foils.
3 Place your party foil on a green standard grip mat and use the applicator tool to prevent it scratching the party foil. Follow the cut directions. Remove party foil from the mat using the Cricut Spatula tool to finish.
If you want to pick your copy of DCE55 up from supermarkets, craft stores and independent retailers, it’ll be on shelves on Thursday August 15th.
Or you can order it from Craftstash or Moremags – it’s up to you!
