Flower Power by Glynis Bakewell

You’ll need
kit stamp set
white & pink A4 cardstock
Hibiscus & Razzle Dazzle Sparkelicious glitter
Bright White & Metallic Silver WOW! embossing powder
Picked Raspberry Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink
VersaMark inkpad
A4 double-sided adhesive sheet
glitter glue
heat tool
3D foam pads

Step by step
1 Score a piece of A4 cardstock in half to create your tent-fold card blank.
2 Stamp and heat-emboss five flowers at slightly different heights across the bottom of the card front.
3 Snip out each petal halfway up the flower, working your way to the last, so that it looks like a die has cut it.
4 Cut a second piece of A4 cardstock and the double-sided adhesive sheet in half and layer together. Remove the sheet’s backing, sprinkle all over with Hibiscus glitter and attach to the underneath of the card blank.
5 Stamp and heat-emboss five flowers onto pink cardstock and glue down to cover the first set of stamped flowers. Also stamp and heat-emboss 10 flowers onto vellum.
6 Turn the vellum over, ink the flowers with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink and cut out. Fix into place on top of the pink cardstock flowers.
7 Cover five jewels with glue, add Hibiscus glitter then adhere to the middle of the flowers.
8 Dot glue around the top of the card and sprinkle with Hibiscus then Razzle Dazzle glitter.
