The brand-new Chloe’s Creative Cards premium magazine is available to pre-order now! With 2 snowflake dies, 14 image and sentiment stamps, an A6 embossing folder and a 6×6 stencil, as well as Christmas papers to kick-start your Christmas crafting!

There were so many lovely makes that we just couldn’t fit them all into the 68-page ideas magazine, so here are the extra cards we couldn’t squeeze in!

Wish upon a star – Glynis Bakewell

You’ll need
kit stencil
white 8”-square card blank

Step by step
1 Die-cut a square from white pearlescent cardstock, edge with Starlit Sky glitter and adhere to the card front.
2 Place the Twinkling Star Fall stencil onto a piece of Rose Quartz cardstock and apply stencil paste. Remove the stencil and cover with Put On Your Dancing Shoes glitter. Allow to dry, then die-cut into a square and secure to the card front.
3 Repeat with the kit stencil, this time die-cutting into a fancy square, matting onto a fancy square die-cut from white cardstock, edging with Starlit Sky glitter, then attaching to the card front using 3D foam pads. 
4 Cover a small piece of white cardstock with a double-sided adhesive sheet and die-cut the larger star. Peel of the front of the sheet and cover with Starlit Sky glitter, then fix to the card front using 3D foam pads.
5 Stamp and heat-emboss the sentiment onto Rose Quartz cardstock, then die-cut into a star shape. Affix to the silver star using 3D foam pads. 6 Add jewels and a ribbon bow as shown to finish.

Christmas wishes – Glynis Bakewell

You’ll need

Step by step
1 Score and fold a piece of white cardstock in half, place the largest plain rectangle die just over the crease and die-cut to create your card blank.
2 Die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock, then stamp and heat-emboss the Snowfall Background image on the left-hand side. Cut a thin strip of silver mirror card and attach under the left-hand side.
3 Cut a 4¼x7¾” piece of white cardstock. Cover a ½”-wide strip of white cardstock with Pink Starburst Sparkelicious using the double-sided adhesive sheet, add to the white rectangle then add a thin piece of silver mirror card.
4 Adhere this panel to the stamped panel using 3D foam pads, wrap ribbon around the right-hand side then fix to the card front.
5 Cover a piece of white cardstock with double-sided adhesive sheet, die-cut a snowflake and cover with the Pink Starburst Sparkelicious.
6 Die-cut the outer die from the Christmas Phrases set and the smallest snowflake from the stamp & die set from white cardstock, attach with the ‘Christmas Wishes’ to the background die-cut and secure to the card front using 3D foam pads.
7 Die-cut one snowflake from silver mirror card and two from white cardstock, stamp and heat-emboss onto the smallest snowflake then layer all the snowflakes together.
8 Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut sprigs and twigs from white cardstock. Cover with Pink Starburst Sparkelicious and clear jewels, arrange and secure under the ribbon.
9 Tie a ribbon bow and attach, placing a pearl in the middle that has been covered with Starlit Sky Sparkelicious. Secure the snowflake to the top of the card and add pink jewels.

Step by step
1 Score and fold a piece of white A3 cardstock in half, place the largest Fancy Square just over the score line and cut. Die-cut another Fancy Square of the same size from Crystal White cardstock and fix to the card front.
2 Cut the second and fourth dies from Jupiter cardstock and fix the largest one to the card front. Die-cut patterned paper using the third die, edge with Dulce de Leche glitter and fix to the card front.
3 Die-cut a fancy frame from Crystal White cardstock and apply Dulce de Leche glitter to the inner and outer edges.
4 Tape the stencil onto Crystal White cardstock, cover with gold embossing ink, remove the stencil, sprinkle with Twinkling Lights embossing powder and heat. Attach the white fancy frame to this using 3D foam pads, add the smaller Jupiter piece then fix to the card front using 3D foam pads.  
5 Stamp, heat-emboss and die- cut poinsettias onto Jupiter cardstock using Metallic Gold embossing powder, assemble with 3D glue gel and add Tutti Frutti glitter.
6 Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut sprigs and twigs from white cardstock using Twinkling Lights and Rudolph’s Red Nose embossing powder. Apply Tutti Frutti and Gold Rush glitter then adhere using 3D glue gel. 7 Cover the pearls with Gold Rush glitter and fix to the middle of the poinsettias when dry. Stamp and heat-emboss the sentiment onto Crystal White cardstock using Metallic Gold embossing powder, edge with Dulce de Leche glitter, matt onto Jupiter cardstock and adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Step by step

  1. Die-cut a card blank using a Fancy Oval die. Die-cut a second Fancy Oval from white cardstock, edge with Diamante Sparkle glitter and affix to the card front.
  2. Die-cut a smaller Fancy Oval from blue paper, edge with Crystallina glitter and attach. Repeat with a smaller oval die-cut from white cardstock and adhere using 3D foam pads.
  3. Die-cut a smaller Fancy Oval from patterned paper, secure to the card front and edge with Diamante Sparkle glitter.
  4. Stamp and heat-emboss a sentiment onto white cardstock using Metallic Silver. Die-cut into a Fancy Oval. Matt onto a larger oval die-cut from blue paper, then edge the white layer with Diamante Sparkle glitter. Edge the blue fancy oval with Crystallina glitter and fix in place.
  5. Stamp and heat-emboss three large and six medium Rose Mallow Flowers onto blue paper using Opaque Bright White powder and cut out. Edge the tops of the petals with Blueberry Sorbet glitter. Once dry, shape the flowers by placing a pair of tweezers down the centre and twisting the paper.
  6. To create the flowers, stick three layers together, twisting and rotating each one. Cover three bling stones with Blueberry Sorbet glitter and add in the centres of the flowers. Arrange the flowers at the top of the card as shown.
  7. Stamp and heat-emboss seven leaves onto heat-resistant acetate using Opaque Bright White powder. Turn the leaves over and apply PVA glue to the backs, then cover with Grasshopper glitter. Allow to dry, cut out and arrange behind the flowers.
  8. Stamp and heat-emboss two large leaves onto heat-resistant acetate using Opaque Bright White powder. Cut out, chop pieces off and adhere behind the flowers using 3D glue gel. Add pearls and punched daisies.
