Step by step

  1. Trim a piece of white cardstock to 10×7” and score at 2½” and 7½”. Fold inwards to form a gatefold card.
  2. Position inner wreath cutting die over both doors and secure in place, on one side. Open the card back up and run through the die-cutting machine. Repeat the process on the other side of the card front. Score a line ½” in from each side of the card front, from top to bottom.
  3. Print the wording onto white cardstock and trim to 3×5”, matt onto 5⅛x3⅛” piece of Olive Green cardstock. Cut a pattered paper to 4½x6½” and yellow cardstock to 4⅞x6⅞”. Adhere all of layers together.
  4. Die-cut the numbers from Grass Green cardstock. Stencil the small flower around the number with Rubber Duck ink and add Jewel Drops to the centres and leave to dry.
  5. Die-cut the outer wreath in Lemon Lustre cardstock, with the centre removed. Die-cut the wreath detail from Grass Green cardstock and adhere onto the backing. Add ivory drops and leave to dry.
  6. Die-cut the flowers from mustard, buttermilk and white cardstock and adhere together. Add Jewel Drops to the centres and leave to dry.
  7. Trim a piece of Lemon Lustre to 1×11”, score along the edges at roughly ⅛”. Place the card in the centre of the belly band and bend it around to the back, securing it in place. Trim a patterned paper to ½x4¾” and adhere onto the belly band. Cut a Grass Green strip to 1x¼” and adhere onto the centre of the belly band and add a flower using 3D foam pads. Place an ivory drop on either side and leave to dry.
  8. Place the completed wreath over the die-cut doors and snip up the middle with scissors. Adhere onto the card front and add the flowers using 3D foam pads.

Top tip: Bending the belly band around the card ensures the band fits the card rather than scoring first and it being too tight or too loose
