Hi. Issue 197 of Papercraft Essentials this month comes with a promotional copy of Die-cutting Essentials magazine in some supermarkets, worth £9.99. From time to time we offer additional items in supermarket copies to give the reader additional inspiration and ideas, but in this instance the Geo Floral Wreath die set is not included. Die-cutting Essentials 75 is now on sale separately, with the die set included. Thanks, Lee

I am very disappointed. I rarely have the spare disposable income to buy magazines, and I took my time examining each plastic-wrapped option in Sainsburys this week as a special Easter treat. I particularly liked the Geo Floral Wreath die set included with Die-cutting Essentials 75, but ended up picking the Papercraft essentials combination, believing everything advertised was included. Perhaps this was naive of me, but there was absolutely nothing on the packaging suggesting that one of the two magazines wrapped together in the plastic came without the free gifts (that were splashed all over the cover). Is there any way I can pay a little extra to get the die set? I can't possibly justify buying the same magazine again separately. I just wish I'd realised this was the case, and I would have chosen the individual Die-cutting essentials magazine in the first place. If you do promotional copies without the advertised gifts in the future, I strongly suggest making this clear in the packaging, to avoid misleading advertising and further disappointing your customers.

Hi. I just purchased Die-cutting Essentials Issue 75 from W H Smith. It came with an additional magazine Essential Cardmaking. I've just opened it and cannot understand the advert on the front stating over 30 dies. No matter how many times I counted them there are only 25. I finally found a photo of the set on page 28 and I realise there should be a set of flower dies at the top next to the smaller geometric die. There is a small piece of sticky tape there. I checked the packaging before opening & the dies have not dropped down. How can I get these missing dies please

Hi - I have emailed you directly about this - thanks :)

I’ve bought the papercraft essential magazine that came with the die cutting magazine too. Very disappointed the free die cuts were not included. This is false advertising, I do not have a lot of money, so I thought I would treat myself. This is very misleading to the customer, very unfair for people who are on a low income, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Hi, on page 85 it mentions Template 2, but I am going round and round in circles clicking on every picture of issue 75, but only finding the bonus projects. Please can I have the link to the templates? Thanks in hope, Paula

    • Lee Campbell

Hi Paula, the templates and other downloads can be found here: https://www.papercraftmagazines.com/2021/03/22/die-cutting-essentials-75-downloads/ Thanks, Lee
